Event Preparation SpecialistBe part of the team that transforms empty spaces into unforgettable events.We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy staying active and working behind the scenes to prepare weddings, corporate events, galas, and other special occasions. Every event is different, and every shift offers something new.ResponsibilitiesEvent Set-Up & BreakdownSet up tables, chairs, linens, décor, and equipment for events.Prepare event spaces to ensure they are clean, organized, and ready for guests.Break down events, remove décor, and clean event spaces following each event.Warehouse OperationsLoad and unload equipment safely and efficiently.Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.Delivery & LogisticsDeliver equipment and supplies to and from event locations in a timely and professional manner.Verify delivery details and coordinate with on-site contacts.Maintain delivery vehicles in a clean, safe, and fueled condition.Follow all company procedures, traffic laws, and applicable DOT regulations.QualificationsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets our insurance requirements.Reliable transportation to and from work assignments.Ability to perform physical work for extended periods.Dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Previous event, warehouse, hospitality, delivery, or related experience is helpful but not required.ScheduleFull-time.Schedules vary based on business needs and are provided in advance whenever possible.Typical shifts are 6–10 hours and may be scheduled during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, or holidays.Additional Information• Must have reliable transportation to and from work assignments.
