Role: Registered Respiratory Therapist in the NICU Responsibilities Perform respiratory assessments on critically ill newborns. Manage ventilators and administer oxygen therapy. Support neonatal resuscitations and emergency interventions. Collaborate closely with neonatologists and NICU nurses to develop and implement care plans. Qualifications & Skills Certification as a Respiratory Therapist. Experience in neonatal or critical care settings preferred. Strong clinical skills in respiratory management and neonatal care.
