Looking to start a career in sales where your effort directly impacts your paycheck? Renewal by Andersen is hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our Waukesha team as an Entry-Level Sales Representative – Canvassing .

You’ll spend your day in local residential neighborhoods connecting with homeowners, introducing Renewal by Andersen’s window and door replacement services, answering questions, overcoming objections, and setting appointments for our Design team.

No desk. No waiting around for leads. This is an active, people-focused role with uncapped bonus potential and opportunities to grow your sales career.

Compensation

• $20/hour base pay
• $500 Sign-On Bonus
• Opportunity for wage increases as early as your first 90 days
• Typical annual earnings: $55,000–$60,000
• Top annual earnings: $65,000–$85,000+
• Uncapped performance bonuses

Schedule & Location

Monday–Friday | 10:00am–6:00pm

Team members report each day to our Waukesha, WI office before traveling in a company vehicle to assigned residential neighborhoods.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with homeowners through face-to-face, door-to-door outreach
• Introduce Renewal by Andersen products and services
• Ask questions to identify homeowner needs and interest
• Confidently respond to questions and objections
• Schedule qualified homeowners for in-home consultations with our Design team
• Participate in daily meetings focused on goals, strategy, and results
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Represent Renewal by Andersen professionally in the community
