Workers’ Compensation Senior Claim Representative

Recruitment Specialist Base pay range: $40.00/hr - $45.00/hr. Location: Downtown Los Angeles (onsite required). Responsibilities Independently manage CA workers’ compensation lost time claims from setup to closure. Conduct claim investigations and determine compensability. Administer statutory medical and indemnity benefits. Set and manage reserves within authority. Handle litigation, hearings, and attorney collaboration. Coordinate with nurse case managers, vendors, and investigators. Ensure compliance with CA workers’ compensation statutes and reporting. Provide exceptional customer service to insureds and claimants. Required Qualifications Strong knowledge of CA WC laws, regulations, and compliance. Experience managing litigated claims. Proficiency with claims systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to work onsite in Downtown Los Angeles. Preferred Qualifications Multi-state WC experience (CO, UT, NV, AZ). AIC, CPCU, or RMA coursework. Experience with large insurance carriers or TPAs.
