The position also offers full benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, short term disability, 401k retirement and profit sharing plans.Responsibilities:Assist in the assembly, fabrication, and repair of products from composite parts and materialsAssist in the fabrication and preparation of moldsAssist in laying out composite materials for moldingVerify and document in process work ordersEnsure quality product by using necessary measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers and pi tapesBasic maintenance on equipmentMeet production deadlines by following manufacturing schedule and proceduresRequirements:High school diploma/GED required (2YR Technical Education Preferred)Familiarity with Microsoft Office suiteAdvanced written and oral communication skillsBlueprint ReadingGood Organizational SkillsUS Citizenship
