Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe.Working hours for this position are Sunday - Tuesday and every other Wednesday from 6:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.Job DescriptionJob SummaryEssential Duties And ResponsibilitiesPromote and uphold a safe work environment by following all company safety policies and procedures.Coordinate and support physical and electronic material transfers for received, distributed, and shipped goods based on operational priorities established by the Warehouse Supervisor.Lead and support Warehouse Clerks during daily operations and provide direction in the absence of the Warehouse Supervisor.Assist with resolving operational issues including shipping delays, inventory discrepancies, and material transfer concerns.Provide on-the-job training and support for new and existing team members on warehouse processes, SAP transactions, and material handling procedures.Support operational flow by ensuring accurate movement, sorting, and shipping of materials in a timely manner.Team Leads are NOT responsible for issuing corrective actions or disciplinary measures.
