Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven, and experienced Recruiter to join our internal team on a temp-to-hire basis . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels. Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring process. Extend and negotiate employment offers when appropriate. Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Meet recruiting metrics, hiring goals, and service level expectations. Qualifications 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in staffing, agency, corporate recruiting, or a high-volume hiring environment. Proven success recruiting for a variety of positions and skill levels. Strong sourcing and networking skills. Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently while managing multiple requisitions and priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting technologies. Preferred Qualifications Staffing agency recruiting experience. Experience recruiting for manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, skilled trades, or light industrial positions. Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices. Why Join Us?
