Automotive Maintenance Technician

Position: Maintenance Technician Location: Nashville, Tennessee (full‑time and part‑time positions available) Job Overview The Maintenance Technician is an entry‑level role that is essential to the daily operations of our Auto Care locations. You will work as part of a supportive team to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical components. Perform scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, tire maintenance, battery replacement, and shock absorber installation. Check and test electrical systems and other vehicle components for proper operation. Conduct road tests to verify service quality. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Minimum Qualifications Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks. Valid automobile driver’s license and ability to drive company and customer vehicles. Strong reading, writing, and math skills.
