Strategic Business Development and Marketing Manager-Data Centers/Packaging-Bay Area-Remote

As a Strategic Business Development and Marketing Manager here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will lead Solstice’s growth in advanced packaging by identifying high value market opportunities, driving customer and partner engagement, shaping strategic direction, and advancing adoption of Solstice’s advanced materials and technology solutions. This role blends revenue driving business development with strategic marketing leadership, supported by strong cross functional collaboration across R&D, sales, engineering, and operations. Business Development Identify, prioritize, and pursue high value opportunities across OEMs, fabless, IDMs, subcontractors, and the broader advanced packaging ecosystem Build and sustain senior level customer and partner relationships that accelerate technology adoption and long-term revenue growth Own and manage the opportunity pipeline, forecast revenue, and coordinate cross functional execution to achieve growth targets Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of semiconductor industry dynamics, advanced packaging processes, and emerging customer needs Integrate and prioritize products and programs into a cohesive investment portfolio aligned with risk, ROI, and long term strategy Partner with engineering, R&D, and marketing teams to shape innovative, customer aligned product offerings Oversee development of complex product strategies that fit cohesively within Solstice’s broader product roadmap Collaborate with cross functional teams for alignment & execution Strategic Marketing and Market Intelligence Assess existing and emerging markets, analyzing customer and market data to identify trends, competitive shifts, and growth opportunities Translate insights into clear strategic recommendations and develop compelling, executive ready presentations Lead go to market strategy, including segmentation, messaging, and differentiated value proposition development Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and technology roadmaps to inform business strategy and investment priorities Sales Enablement Equip R&D teams with market insights, competitive intelligence, training materials, and high impact sales tools Develop clear, differentiated messaging that communicates Solstice’s technology advantages and strengthens customer engagement You Must Have Experience in advanced packaging, thermal management technologies, or semiconductor markets Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and/or strategic marketing roles Proven track record of driving growth in electronics space through integrated business development and marketing strategies We Value Bachelor's degree in engineering, materials, or related discipline Experience in global organizations and cross functional leadership Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and go to market strategy Ability to structure and negotiate complex agreements and partnerships Compensation The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is 130k-195k. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is 130k-195k. This position is incentive eligible.
