Program Director - Supportive Housing

$85,000-$97,000

THE ROLE

Win is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Program Director to lead the daily operations, compliance, and performance of our Supportive Housing programs. Reporting to the Vice President of Supportive Housing , the Program Director is responsible for ensuring successful administration of HUD and other government-funded contracts while providing leadership and supervision to program staff.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Ensure staff provide high-quality case management services, including advocacy for public benefits and community resources
• Maintain oversight of client records and ensure all documentation and data are current, accurate, and compliant with funder requirements
• Monitor and maintain a minimum program occupancy rate of 90%
• Ensure eligibility requirements are met for all program admissions
• Oversee compliance with HUD and other government-funded contracts and regulations
• Prepare and submit required reports, including HUD reports, Annual Progress Reports (APR), consumer satisfaction surveys, and other funder deliverables
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, including HUD, HPD, and HDC

WHO YOU WILL BE

• You will hold an MPH, MSW, or MA in Health or Social Services

• You will have a minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or management experience , including budget oversight

• You will have at least seven (7) years of experience managing multiple HUD programs and government-funded contracts

• You will possess strong knowledge of HUD regulations, supportive housing operations, and compliance requirements

• You will demonstrate experience utilizing Evidence-Based Practices, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care

• You will have the ability to establish professional boundaries and demonstrate cultural responsiveness

• You will provide exceptional customer service to clients, staff, and external stakeholders

• You will possess excellent written, verbal, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• You will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
