Location: 1500 W. Holland Avenue White Hall, AR 71602

Schedule: FT | Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

$20,000 Sign-on Bonus

How you'll contribute 

We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary care team. This is your opportunity to make a real difference empowering patients through personalized treatment plans and collaborative care. In this role, you'll:

• Help in the development to expand our stroke, TBI, and amputee rehabilitation programs
\n
• Assist in program-development opportunities in a growing, newly opened facility
\n
• Have hands-on involvement in earning CARF accreditation
\n
• Gain experience with to the only EKSO exoskeleton in the state of Arkansas and utilize advanced virtual reality technology and real-world community simulation equipment
\n
• Unique in-house apartment allowing families to stay overnight and practice caregiving with access to medical staff
\n
• Launch your career and advance your skills in an innovative rehab environment
\n

What we're looking for 

\n
• \n

  Carry out targeted treatment plans using evidence-based techniques appropriate for each patient's age, condition, and capabilities.

\n
• \n

  Administer therapeutic modalities including moist heat, ultrasound, ultraviolet and infrared light, and other physical agents.

\n
• \n

  Evaluate and fit prosthetic and orthotic devices, recommending modifications to improve function and comfort.

\n
• \n

  Supervise and mentor physical therapist assistants, aides, and students-ensuring quality care through task delegation and clear communication.

\n
• \n

  Set measurable goals and regularly document progress, reevaluating and adjusting care plans as needed.

\n

Minimum Requirements:

\n
• \n

  Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program 

\n
• \n

  Physical Therapist License in State

\n
• \n

  Basic Life Support (BLS) obtain within 30 days of hire

\n
• \n

  Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. 

\n
• \n

  Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

\n
