Job Summary Seeking a Test Engineer to plan, design, execute, and document test activities to ensure system functionality, performance, security, and reliability meet mission and contractual requirements This role supports the full system development lifecycle and collaborates with systems engineers, developers, cybersecurity personnel, and program leadership to validate technical solutions Primary Responsibilities Develop Test and Evaluation (T&E) strategies, plans, and procedures Define test objectives, acceptance criteria, and traceability to requirements Design test cases, scripts, and automated test frameworks Execute functional, integration, regression, performance, and system-level tests Document defects, track resolution, and verify corrective actions Maintain Requirements Verification Traceability Matrices (RVTM) Ensure test coverage aligns with system requirements and mission objectives Validate compliance with technical, security, and interoperability standards Required Qualifications Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph Minimum of 10 years' related experience Experience with Test automation (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, etc.) Building and updating test automation scripts Test Reports Jira Conducting end to end regression testing Creating and maintaining RVTMs Test Cases generation and execution Familiarity with the Linux operating system and basic Linux commands Strong ability to analyze system specifications and detect, document, and troubleshoot bugs Excellent verbal and written skills for reporting bugs and collaborating with developers Desired Qualifications No desired qualifications listed at this time Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans.
