Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive care to patients and families throughout various stages of life.
- Develop and update patient care plans, ensuring coordination among different healthcare disciplines.
- Engage in shared accountability and collaborative decision-making regarding nursing practices.
- Utilize your high-risk labor and delivery experience to enhance patient outcomes.
- Conduct fetal monitoring and provide antepartum care as needed.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
- Current BLS and NRP certifications are mandatory.
- Experience with the Epic electronic health records system is required.
- High-risk labor and delivery experience is essential.
- Fetal monitoring and antepartum experience are necessary.
This position involves a travel component with rotating shifts, providing a dynamic work environment that requires adaptability and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
