Water/Wastewater Senior Project Manager

An established engineering firm is seeking a highly motivated Water/Wastewater Senior Project Manager to lead and manage a variety of water and wastewater projects. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities will include coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, managing client relationships, and developing project scopes, budgets, and schedules. You will also be responsible for conducting feasibility studies, preparing technical reports, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.


The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater engineering. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be required to mentor junior staff, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and present project updates to clients and regulatory agencies. Proficiency in project management software and technical design tools is also crucial for success in this role.
