General Manager – Quick-Service Restaurant in Oak Creek
We are actively searching for a driven General Manager to lead our high-volume operations in Oak Creek, WI. Since our founding in 1954, we have grown into the second-largest fast-food hamburger chain globally. Every day, millions of guests choose our restaurants for premium ingredients, signature recipes, and reliable service. We need an experienced operational leader to take ownership of our Oak Creek location and continue this legacy of excellence.
Your Role and Impact
As the General Manager, you will operate as the primary driver of your restaurant's success. We rely on your operational expertise to solve problems, build a great culture, and deliver outstanding results for our guests.
You will be responsible for:
- Team Development: Guiding, training, and mentoring both hourly employees and your core management team to foster a positive, growth-oriented environment.
- Operational Excellence: Enforcing strict cleanliness, sanitation, and brand standards to ensure every shift runs smoothly.
- Guest Experience: Leading by example on the floor to deliver exceptional, friendly service that drives repeat visits.
- Business Management: Executing daily administrative and accounting tasks efficiently while aligning with company policies.
Professional Requirements
We are looking for a confident leader who understands the mechanics of a high-volume QSR environment. To succeed in this role, you need:
- 3+ years of General Manager experience within the high-volume restaurant industry.
- A proven track record of driving sales and enhancing guest satisfaction metrics.
- Demonstrated success in mentoring staff and reducing turnover.
- A guest-first mindset grounded in honesty and integrity.
