What You Need: - Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Behavioral Health and inpatient psychiatric settings. - Certifications: BLS, HWC (Candidates must have required certifications prior to start). - Education: Current RN licensure in Massachusetts. - Skills: - Previous Behavioral Health experience. - Ability to work effectively with both adult and pediatric care. Unit Information: - Total Beds: 104 across adult, geriatric, and pediatric units. - Patient Ratios: 1:8 (lower for geriatrics and pediatrics). - Patient Diagnoses: Schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, anxiety. - EHR System: Cerner.
