Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Business Development Manager role based in Magnolia, TX. The individual in this role will develop and implement marketing strategies to increase program participation, donor engagement, and community awareness. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing digital and print marketing campaigns, creating content for social media and newsletters, and maintaining brand consistency across all communications. The role also involves identifying and cultivating partnerships with local businesses, community organizations, and potential sponsors, as well as supporting fundraising events and outreach initiatives. The Marketing Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and program staff to align marketing and business development activities with JoyRide Center’s mission and strategic goals. Qualifications Strong marketing and business development skills, including experience creating and executing marketing plans and outreach strategies. Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management, email marketing, website content updates, basic analytics). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to donors, partners, volunteers, and clients. Relationship-building and networking abilities, including experience developing partnerships and supporting fundraising or community events. Organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities effectively. Experience in the non-profit sector, human services, or healthcare-related organizations is beneficial. Comfort working in an equine-centered environment; prior experience with equine-assisted programs is a plus but not required. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
