Requirements: Role Specific Capabilities & Credentials

Demonstrates a strong understanding of control circuits, wiring diagrams, schematics, and panel layouts.
Wires panels and machines neatly, accurately, and per drawing specifications; double-checks work to avoid mistakes or safety risks.
Diagnoses wiring issues, misprints, or unexpected electrical behaviors in a methodical, safety-conscious manner; contributes solutions that improve efficiency or quality.
Builds and installs electrical systems that meet both internal standards and external customer expectations; avoids shortcuts and embraces high craftsmanship.
Works well with assembly technicians, machinists, and project managers; supports a positive team dynamic and contributes to project success across departments.
Communicates clearly with engineering, mechanical teams, and supervisors to resolve technical or schedule issues; asks questions when clarification is needed.
