Join Our Team as an Experienced Line Cook at Hot Tuna!
Are you passionate about cooking and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen? Hot Tuna, located in Harrisburg, NC, is looking for an Experienced Line Cook to join our team. If you have a knack for creating delicious dishes and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing As an Experienced Line Cook at Hot Tuna, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
- Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.
We’re searching for someone with:
- At least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- A strong understanding of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen safety.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A passion for creating great food and providing an exceptional dining experience.
