Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts

Hours/Week: 36 hours/week (3 shifts)

Licenses/Certifications: Valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS (preferred)

Experience: Prior ER experience preferred, but all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay Rate: $56.28/hour

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations during night shifts.
• Assist physicians in medical procedures, medication administration, and treatment protocols.
• Monitor and record patient conditions, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Prioritize patient care activities based on acuity and need.
• Communicate clearly with patients and their families to provide reassurance and information.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

What You Need

• Valid RN license in the state of Michigan.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Prior ER or emergency care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work calmly under pressure.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
