Data Analyst

Data Analyst Professional North Andover, MA Full Time $80,000 - 100,000 / Year Position Description TSD Mobility Solutions, Inc., an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will turn sales, revenue, and margin data into dashboards and executive reports that leadership relies on; own the team's operational automations; and maintain the configuration behind TSD's payments platform. You will be responsible for monthly sales reporting and rep attribution hygiene by maintaining payments reporting (including rate, margin pools, and volume trends). You will build pivot-ready datasets, macros, and automated workflows in Excel, Power Query, and Google Sheets, and take ownership of existing automations that report team stats. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Take ownership of existing automations that report team stats. Route escalations and handle metadata attribution. Manage monthly payments account maintenance, including pricing adjustments and configuration updates. Flag anomalies affecting billing or margin. Maintain, troubleshoot, and extend these automations as reporting and operational needs evolve. Build repeatable workflows to extract cost, interchange, and margin insights from raw merchant processor statements. Training On the job training. Requirements 2+ years of experience in a similar data analyst position required Advanced experience in excel (pivots, macros/VBA, complex formulas), Power Query, and Google Sheets required Experience building and maintaining recurring dashboards and reporting from sales, revenue, and margin data required Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier or similar) and able to troubleshoot and extend existing automations required Power user of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to automate and accelerate daily work required Experience with Stripe or another payments platform configuration preferred Industry background in payments, fintech, SaaS, or mobility/rental is a plus College Degree in relevant field preferred Experience in SQL, Python, and CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus Strong attention to detail and documentation habits Excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits We strive to offer an environment that provides our associates with the right balance between work and family.
