Compensation: $35,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year We are a very busy office and are looking for our next great team member. We are an established, growth-oriented agency with a team of highly motivated individuals. Our office is located in 915 17th St. Bakersfield CA and 929 Jefferson St. Delano CA. Our office is open Monday - Thursday 9 - 5 and Friday 9 - 4. I have been a State Farm agent since 2008. We currently have 12 team members at our agency. Additional languages spoken: Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Vietnamese State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees. This position requires outbound calling including cold calls to potential customers. This is a part-time position.
