Immediate Hiring - Entry Level Machine Operators

Looking for a hands-on career with opportunities to learn, grow, and advance? Join our team and help build interior components used in commercial aircraft around the world. No aerospace experience is required. We provide on-the-job training for motivated individuals who are eager to develop new skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Weekday Shifts
• Weekend Shifts
• Night Shifts

• Assemble and manufacture aircraft interior components
• Prepare, organize, and stage materials for production
• Operate production equipment and machinery
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Perform quality inspections to ensure product standards are met
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules
• Complete production documentation accurately
• Support teammates and assist in various production areas

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

• Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience
• Assembly, machine operation, or quality inspection experience
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Construction, automotive, industrial, or general labor

This is a Contract position based out of Newport, WA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
