Flexible schedules and weekly pay.About the RoleCentria caregivers provide essential in-home support to help individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent. You'll work one-on-one with clients in a private home setting, supporting their unique care needs.Responsibilities:Assist with mobility and transfers to prevent fallsProvide basic personal care, including hygiene, toileting, and dressingMonitor and assist with oxygen therapy as neededPrepare light snacks or drinks upon requestOffer companionship and emotional reassurance throughout the shiftAssist in positioning and turning to prevent discomfortDocument and report changes in client condition promptlyRespond to emergencies following proper proceduresPerform duties as outlined in the patient's plan of careMonitor client's physical and mental condition, intake/output, and exerciseMaintain a safe, clean, and healthy care environmentFollow professional standards, care policies, and local/state/federal requirementsQualificationsCNA, HHA, or equivalent experience in home care preferred. Experience working with fall-risk and mobility-impaired clients strongly desired. Must be comfortable assisting with personal care tasks. Reliable, patient, and attentive to individual needs. Comfortable working in a private home setting. Ability to work independently and follow a care plan. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Comfortable using tablets/computers for documentation. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow all care protocols.
