• Pay: Base pay + Commission

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5:30pm; rotating Saturdays 8:00am - 4:00pm

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering incoming calls, and building positive customer relationships.

• Assess customer vehicle needs through consultations and vehicle walk-arounds, identifying concerns and recommending appropriate services.

• Prepare accurate repair orders, service recommendations, and cost estimates while communicating pricing and timelines.

• Obtain customer approval for recommended repairs, inspections, and additional services.

• Coordinate with technicians to ensure repair orders are properly dispatched and service work is completed accurately.

• Provide ongoing updates throughout the service process and ensure a smooth vehicle delivery, including payment processing and service review.

What You'll Bring

• Basic computer and cost calculation skills.

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
