Bilingual Operations Support Specialist

We are partnering with a growing organization to identify a Bilingual Operations Support Specialist to join a fast-paced support team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and enjoys helping others navigate urgent, real-time situations. This position is starting on a contract basis with the potential to go permanent based on performance and business needs. The role will sit onsite in downtown Columbus, OH with parking provided. Only candidates that are bilingual in Spanish will be considered for this role.

• Handle incoming calls and emails related to operational questions, safety concerns, and urgent location needs
• Support teams during incidents, closures, or facility issues while coordinating with internal partners
• Track and document cases using internal systems and ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate cross-functionally to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish/English REQUIRED
• At least 2 years experience in a call center, customer support, or similar fast-paced environment
• Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working 10AM -7PM, Monday through Friday. The department operates 7 days a week (6AM -2PM) so there may need to be some flexibility to adjust your schedule if needed and there can be overtime opportunities.
