Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs to identify social, emotional, and environmental challenges. \n
- Develop, implement, and monitor personalized service plans that include specific goals and interventions tailored to individual client needs. \n
- Provide one-on-one counseling sessions and family therapy to individuals experiencing crises and transitions, ensuring that they feel supported and empowered. \n
- Facilitate crisis interventions, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans to protect clients from immediate harm. \n
- Collaborate closely with community agencies and organizations to coordinate comprehensive services and advocate effectively for clients. \n
- Engage in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness of available resources and promote the Recovery Wellness Center's services. \n
- Participate in internal case conferences, team meetings, and continuous professional development training. \n
The LCSW will focus on serving diverse populations, including low-income families, individuals experiencing mental health crises, and those affected by domestic violence and substance abuse. Your work will involve not only addressing immediate needs but also empowering clients to recognize their potential and access the resources they need to improve their overall quality of life.

- A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required. \n
- Mature understanding of therapeutic practices is necessary, alongside an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n
