Are you an experienced public accounting tax professional looking to join a dynamic and supportive midsize CPA firm? Our client is seeking a skilled Tax Manager with a proven track record in both personal and corporate tax services to lead projects, mentor staff, and deliver outstanding client service.Key Responsibilities:· Manage and review complex federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts· Oversee and execute tax planning strategies for a diverse client portfolio· Research complex tax issues and provide expert guidance to clients and team members· Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff, reviewing their work for accuracy and best practices· Lead client meetings and serve as a trusted tax advisor, communicating technical concepts clearly· Stay current with evolving tax regulations and contribute to the firm’s continued growthQualifications:· Active CPA license required· 8+ years of progressive experience in public accounting, with a mix of personal and corporate tax work· Strong technical knowledge of tax regulations and compliance· Proven leadership and staff development skills – This role offer partnership track potential! · Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities· Experience with tax software and strong MS Excel skillsWhat We Offer:· Collaborative culture with experienced professionals and career advancement opportunities· Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package· Flexible work arrangements, attractive vacation time, and healthy work-life balance initiatives· Salary range $130-150K plus bonus depending on experience
