Your Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient evaluations, order necessary diagnostic examinations, and develop tailored care plans
• Diagnose and manage acute, episodic, or chronic health conditions collaboratively with physicians or at your discretion
• Educate patients and their families on prevention strategies, wellness practices, and effective disease management
• Prescribe medications and therapies appropriate to your professional scope
• Engage in patient follow-up care and chronic disease management

• Maintain accurate and complete documentation within electronic medical records (EMR)

Educational Background

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) required
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Licensure and Certifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Florida
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to secure them within 90 days)
