Must-Have: Previous charge experience preferred.

Description: Float pool position requires the traveler to float to ICU, MS units, and rehab as needed. Schedule requirements include 3x12 nights and every other weekend. Candidates will be reviewed clinically to determine fitness for the role. If clinical criteria are met, candidates will proceed to management for final decision. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required. The position may involve caring for COVID patients. Candidates should be prepared to float to various units as needed. Tobacco and fragrance-free facility policies are in effect. Medical or religious exemptions for COVID-19 and flu vaccines are allowed. Call requirements are not applicable. Holidays may require additional shifts as needed. Candidates must have EPIC experience and be able to manage high-acuity patients. Certification training must adhere to current guidelines. Travel experience is required for this position. Additional essential skills include management of dysrhythmias and central line care. Suctioning and isolation precautions knowledge is mandatory. Modules and other required training must be completed prior to the contract start date.
