Join an established concierge practice in NYC's prestigious Upper East Side through the acquisition of a retiring physician. • Patient Volume : Lifestyle-friendly 6–8 patients per day
• Current Panel : ~600 active concierge patients generating steady membership fees
• Setting : Open to procedures based on your preferences

Compensation & Revenue Model

• Base Salary
• Bonus : Performance-based upside beyond $500K total earnings
• Structure : Services agreement with practice handling concierge infrastructure, billing, memberships, and admin—you focus on clinical/procedural fees
