Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees. Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company. BCBAs become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles are eligible. Bonus Structure Monthly Performance Bonuses: Uncapped bonuses that reward impact without waiting months to qualify. Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location.
