Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient care and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions continuously and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitoring equipment per physician orders.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement care strategies.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Document patient progress and interventions accurately in electronic health records.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse licensure.
• ICU experience or critical care background preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently during weekend shifts, including every third weekend.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
