IHT Enterprise Client Success

Job Summary We are currently hiring an IHT Enterprise Client Success for our Enterprise Delivery team , and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the primary local-level liaison between Staffmark Group and assigned national account clients. This role bridges the strategic goals of the national account relationship with the day-to-day operational excellence required at the local market level. Client Success ensures consistent service delivery, workforce compliance, and high-quality experience for both the client and placed associates. Essential Duties Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these: Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular on-site visits, proactive communication, and responsive issue resolution. Participate in forecast meetings and discussions with clients to identify current and future staffing needs. Works to identify and gather sales leads from candidate pool to share with sales team. Partner with recruiting teams to ensure timely and quality delivery against client headcount requirements. Monitor Talent attendance, performance, and retention; implement corrective actions in alignment with client and company standards. Proactively identify and resolve service delivery issues before they impact client satisfaction. Escalate systemic or complex issues to the National Account Manager with supporting data and recommended solutions. Conduct on-site orientations, safety walk-throughs, and check-ins to support associate engagement and reduce attrition.
