Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals following recipes and dietary guidelines
Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation standards
Collaborate with dietary staff to meet resident needs
Keep kitchen clean, organized, and inspection-ready
Monitor inventory and minimize waste
Assist with special diets (low-sodium, diabetic-friendly, etc.)
Qualifications:
Cooking experience preferred (healthcare or institutional a plus)
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate, resident-focused approach
