Production Scheduler - Inventory Specialist

Twin City Staffing is seeking a production scheduler - inventory specialist to join a high-performing manufacturing team in Maple Lake! This is a critical role responsible for balancing demand and capacity to ensure every deadline is met. If you are a problem-solver who is comfortable bridging the gap between the shop floor and ERP systems, we want to hear from you! Location: Maple Lake, MN Wage: $27.00 – $40.00/hr. Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Thursday)

Duties of the production scheduler - inventory:

• Create and maintain the master production schedule
• Lead and participate in S&OP meetings
• Balance demand, capacity, materials, and lead times
• Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure fulfillment
• Maintain accurate data including BOMs and master schedules
• Assist with outbound shipping coordination

Requirements of the production scheduler - inventory:

• 3+ years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain
• Strong computer skills and comfort working within ERP systems
• High school diploma or GED (MPS certification is a plus)
• Ability to work effectively on the shop floor and in an office setting
