HVAC Experienced Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher

Position Description Are you a customer service professional with HVAC industry experience? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your organizational and communication skills make a real impact? Uplifting Air is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our growing team! What You'll Do:
Type: Full-time
- Answer inbound calls, schedule service appointments, and dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently
- Communicate with customers, technicians, and management to ensure timely service delivery
- Manage daily schedules and job assignments using dispatch software
- Input and track job information, payments, and work orders in FieldEdge and QuickBooks
- Provide outstanding customer service with a professional and friendly attitude
- Assist with administrative duties, invoicing, and follow-up communication as needed
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or dispatching within the HVAC or home services industry
- Strong working knowledge of FieldEdge and QuickBooks (preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment
- A team player with a positive attitude and high attention to detail
