Responsibilities Leadership Excellence: Provide daily guidance to Site Supervisors, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence in personnel scheduling, work orders, safety protocols, and productivity plans with oversite and cross utilization of different work groups. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Valid Driver’s License. Experience: Prior supervisory experience is essential, ideally with 5+ years in airport maintenance services. Proficiency in reading blueprints and electrical schematics. Skills: Strong leadership abilities, coupled with computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to obtain necessary airport security clearance.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of Manager, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 49 pounds. Ability to work in outside weather conditions on an airport ramp around aircraft and the confined areas of baggage conveyor systems. Specific vision abilities required by this job include good close proximity vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Good hand/eye coordination is required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The primary work environment will consist of both field and maintenance settings, with some responsibilities carried out in an office environment. The Supervisor must be capable of performing duties in outdoor weather conditions, including working near moving mechanical parts, on an active airport ramp, and in proximity to vehicles and jet aircraft. Pay Range $73,200.00 - $117,800.00 The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
