The Role: Where Insight Meets Impact This role is designed for clinicians who want to make a meaningful difference through high-quality, individualized care. As a BCBA, you will oversee the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring that each Client receives thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment. You’ll serve as a key partner to families and a clinical leader to your team, setting the tone for care, building trust, and driving meaningful progress. Focus : Treatment planning, family training, ongoing supervision, and reassessments. Caseload : As the company grows, so does your caseload. You will start out part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position. Work Mode : We prioritize in-person supervision because we believe the best support happens through real-time collaboration, hands‑on mentorship, and meaningful connection.
