Job Opportunity – Advanced Practice Provider Hospitalist – Vermont

Start Date: December 2026 and onwards

Location: Vermont

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. In-person presence required in the unit during shift hours. No call coverage required.

Requirements:

• Acute Care APRN or Physician Assistant with all required certifications
• Board Certified
• Vermont state license (or willing to obtain)
• 2-3 years of hospitalist or inpatient adult medicine experience required
• Clean background with no malpractice or licensure issues
• NPDB report required at offer stage (within 30 days)
• Ability to respond to codes and rapid responses
• Experience managing stabilization of critically ill patients and coordinating transfers to tertiary care facilities
