Position: Cherry Picker / Reach Truck Operator
Location: Lithia Springs / South Fulton, GA
Schedule: Various shifts available
Pay: $16.00–$19.00/hr
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary
We are building a talent pool of Cherry Picker and Reach Truck Operators for clients in the Lithia Springs/South Fulton, GA area. This role supports warehouse and distribution operations by safely and efficiently moving, storing, and retrieving palletized inventory using powered industrial equipment. Various shift schedules are available across multiple openings.

Responsibilities

• Operate cherry picker and reach truck equipment to load, unload, and move palletized materials

• Retrieve and store inventory at various rack heights safely and accurately

• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues

• Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation

• Follow all warehouse safety protocols and procedures

• Keep work areas clean and organized

Must Haves

• Prior experience operating a cherry picker and/or reach truck

• Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Skills

• Current forklift/cherry picker certification

• Experience in a high-volume distribution or 3PL environment

• RF scanner experience
