LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Garden Terrace Alzheimer's Center of Excellence (Ft. Worth) Full Time Double Shift Weekend Position We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team of professionals. As an important member of an interdisciplinary team, the LPN delivers quality nursing care to patients, monitors and reports changes in patients’ condition, and provides clinical supervision to CNAs. Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements Graduated from an accredited LPN program Currently licensed/registered in the applicable State; must maintain an active LPN/LVN license in good standing throughout employment. One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; must remain current during employment. Specific Job Requirements Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action Knowledgeably and competently deliver quality nursing care to patients Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients #J-18808-Ljbffr Life Care Centers of America
