Nurse Practitioner (NP/FNP) 32‑Hour Contract | Chicago, IL | Family Medicine Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP/FNP) to provide family medicine care to a diverse patient population in Chicago, IL . This contract role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to care for patients aged 2 and older . Spanish proficiency is highly valued, and candidates with DOT certification are a plus. Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:Internal MedicineFamily PracticeMed‑Ped Valid license/certification in ANY of the following: Nurse Practitioner (NP) Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Experience with EMR systems (including TruChart EHR or other EMRs) Preferred Qualifications Full proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish DOT certification (preferred but not required) Key Responsibilities Provide family medicine care to patients aged 2 and older Deliver clinical services during scheduled shifts Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and support patient wellness Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure high‑quality patient care Schedule & Shift Details 32 hours per week Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM OR Saturday: 7:00 AM – 12:0 #J-18808-Ljbffr
