The Regional Driver Position

• Position: Regional Class A CDL Flatbed Driver (Company W2).
• Freight: Primarily flatbed, 50% drop & hook / 50% live loadunload.
• Typical Weekly Miles: 2,5003,000.
• Home Time: Guaranteed home every weekend.
• Terminals/Primary Lanes: Southeast and surrounding regional markets.

Average weekly pay: around $1,300$1,500, with a guaranteed weekly minimum for regional drivers. New drivers can earn $80,000+ in their first year with performance-based pay schedules. Mileage pay that increases with tenure and experience, plus safety and performance incentives. Additional pay for short-haul loads under 100 miles, detention, and layover when applicable.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL At least 24 months of recent tractor-trailer experience (flatbed training available for the right driver).
• Generally clean MVR: no more than two moving violations in the last three years.
• Strong safety record and professional attitude.
• Willingness to handle tarping (more frequent in winter than in summer).
