Brier Dr, San Bernardino, CA 92408.Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, additional hours and rotating weekends may be required.Job Responsibilities:Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groupsCollect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely mannerProcess billing information and collecting payments when requiredPrepare all collected specimens for testing and analysisMaintain patient and specimen information logsProvide superior customer service to all patientsAdministrative and clerical duties as necessaryTravel to additional sites when neededMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentCalifornia state issued Phlebotomy license (CPT)3 months or more of experience as phlebotomistPreferred Qualifications:1 year or more of experience as phlebotomistCurrent or Prior experience at LabCorpAdditional Job Standards:In lieu of state license requirement listed above, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the CA Department of Health at time of hire may meet license requirement.1 year or more phlebotomist experiences with Geriatrics and Pediatric patientsBilingual with proficiency in Spanish and EnglishAble to pass a standardized color blindness test.Flexibility to work overtime as neededExceptional customer serviceStrong communication skills; both written and verbalAbility to work independently or in a team environmentComfortable working under minimal supervisionReliable transportationAt LabCorp we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided with opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program PST's may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.Pay Range: $23.00 - $33.00 per hourAll job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
