Job Description
Oversee daily plant operations
Drive safety and compliance initiatives
Manage production, quality, and maintenance teams
Lead continuous improvement efforts
Manage budgets and operational KPIs

The Successful Applicant
A successful Plant Manager should have:
BS in Engineering or related field
10+ years manufacturing experience
5+ years leadership/plant management
Chemical or process industry experience preferred
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
