Structural Engineer

Our client is a growing structural engineering firm based in San Diego that combines the flexibility of a startup environment with the stability of an established project pipeline. The firm has already built out its internal systems, secured a diverse book of business, and is intentionally scaling its team. Their work spans a wide range of building types, including commercial, residential, multifamily, office, and highly specialized sectors such as nuclear. This breadth allows engineers to develop well‑rounded technical experience rather than being confined to a single niche. About the Role This role is designed for an engineer who is looking to expand beyond a narrow scope of work and take on broader responsibility. You will be involved in the full project lifecycle, with the opportunity to grow technically, operationally, or commercially depending on your interests. The firm is structured to support multiple career paths, whether that leads toward technical specialization, project management, or client‑facing responsibilities.
