Part-Time Operations Associate

Louis Vuitton Oakbrook is seeking a motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Part-Time Operations Associate to join the team. To be successful in this role, you should have experience working in a retail environment with a focus on operations and client services. You must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, proactive in your approach, and enjoy problem-solving. Experience in luxury retail is preferred.

In this role, you will secure back-of-house efficiency, supporting the team in providing efficient service to clients and ensuring all processes are completed in line with the standards of the brand. While hosting, you will ensure that each Client is greeted with the highest degree of courtesy and integrity, partnering with the Client Experience team and collaborate with the store team at large to build a seamless client experience and maintaining daily calendar of client appointments and on-going events in-store. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include Inventory Management, Client Services, Store Facility and Systems Management, Hosting & Managing Daily Calendar including appointments and waitlist, Adherence to Policies and Procedures, and Client Care.
