Qualifications / Requirements:

• Active Special Education certification (SPED cert.)
• Experience working with OCS students or within alternate diploma pathways preferred
• Strong familiarity with running meetings and developing IEPs
• Comfortable supporting both high school and middle school-aged students
• Availability for a full-time position for the 2026-2027 school year
• Ability to provide clear interview availability

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a classroom of four high school and six middle school OCS students
• Lead and facilitate IEP meetings
• Ensure compliance with specialized diploma requirements
• Collaborate regularly with administrative teams and parents
• Maintain progress tracking and documentation for each student
