Your Responsibilities

• Lead Full-Cycle Searches starting from initial engagement to successful closure.
• Serve as a Client Partner , gaining insights into their hiring requirements, challenges, and workplace culture.
• Implement Strategic Sourcing utilizing our innovative CRM/ATS, in conjunction with your personal network and exclusive communication tools.
• Utilize Our Platform for managing candidates, coordinating outreach, automating follow-ups, and maintaining organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements to deliver sustained value to clients and substantial commissions for yourself.
• Add to Thought Leadership as we bolster both our brand and yours.

• Comfortable using ATS/CRM systems (training on our system will be provided).
